MEMBERSHIP

Members must be over 18 years old, no other requirements are necessary other than that they must be or have been suffering from a recognised mental health problem.

There is no charge for membership.

The number of members will be limited due to our resourses and reviewed every 12 months.

A membership card will be issued and must be shown on request.

Membership will entitle members to :

        Join in organised outdoor activities ( subsidised )        

        Join in indoor activities, pool, darts, cards etc .

          One to one friendship and social activity.

        Have access to our website for the forum and information.

        Have help with form filling and use of a computer.

        Have help with finding suitable work, mock interviews, CV's. etc.  

        Have phone numbers of some other members for conversation etc.

        Work experience possible.
